Rhonda Donovan is a longtime Chappaqua resident, who began her professional career with IBM as a programmer and systems engineer where she applied her BA in Business Administration from New York State University at Albany.
After her children were older, she returned to the workforce in key administrative and customer service positions with Westchester firms. During this time, she decided to pursue a career in real estate - a role which allows her to utilize her welcoming and calm nature, business experience, familiarity with technology, detail-orientation, and above intimate knowledge of the community to help others as they look for a capable and supportive partner in buying and selling their home.
She is a dynamic civic leader, who has contributed her considerable talents to it's numerous educational and service organizations. Rhonda worked diligently to support fundraising efforts, coordinate events, procure sponsorships, as well as create content for event programs for schools, sport and community oriented committees, including Class Parent, PTA, Senior Musical productions, TWIGS, and Friends of Karen. With her husband David, she has raised four wonderful, active sons who played on many athletic teams at Chappaqua's Horace Greeley High School.
Whether working with buyers or sellers, Rhonda is uniquely placed to help others see Chappaqua as the 'right' community for them to live and, perhaps, raise a family. In addition to Chappaqua, Rhonda has personal experience with other Westchester communities, including Port Chester, Yonkers and Ossining. Rhonda is an avid golfer and tennis player. She is a voracious MahJongg and Canasta player, loves music and following professional sports.
